The best veggie cookbook I have come across in ages. This book is excellent! I wanted to try meat-free Mondays but felt like I needed some help with recipes as we normally have meat or fish with every meal. I've made a few dishes so far and they were all really tasty. Just looking through the book makes me want to eat veg! Some of the recipes are easily changed to make them lower fat but without losing the taste. I've found it's also good when you buy veg that is in season, and so cheaper and tastier, but are not sure what to do with it to make it exciting.

I would highly recommend this book. I've been a vegetarian for almost 30 years, and it's easy to fall back on old favourites. This book has loads of straightforward yet delicious-looking recipes and is well written and presented.
